Program Evaluation Services
The center offers program evaluation services to help decision-makers for community-based organizations develop skills in goal assessment, creation of organizational processes, and outcomes measurement. Services are available to organizations that provide services to children, adults and families who are involved with the courts, and are aimed at providing qualitative and quantitative feedback that can be used to inform programming, agency policy, and service delivery.
Services provided to participating agencies include needs assessments; cost-benefit analyses; and assistance with decision-making about program modification, continuation, and expansion. The evaluation provided is driven by the individual organization’s needs and goals.
